APPEAL APPROVAL FOR IRELAND VISA TO STUDY
APPEAL APPROVAL FOR IRELAND VISA TO STUDY
Client [x] has sought our help to assist her in filing an appeal to the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service, regarding to her refused student visa to study in Ireland. The refusal states the grounds of: (C) Observe the conditions of your visa par. (2) which states [excerpt ] “ the visa officer is not satisfied that your primary reason for coming in Ireland is study related and that the economic opportunities in your country of your origin that would encourage you to leave Ireland after the expiry of your permission to remain, are readily apparent”.
WE believe that the embassy (Visa Officer) had not considered carefully her circumstances – in line with the statement that she intends to leave or remain in Ireland before the expiry of her permission to stay due to the “economic opportunities” in his/her country that has been forecasted in relation for her genuine intention to study. First, employment and landing a job for her is NOT that difficult. She resigned to her overseas job primarily to give way for her desire to further her knowledge and be an expert in her chosen field by earning Master’s qualification which she intends to pursue in Ireland.
In addition to this, we have also cleared and provided addition documents to explain the financial resources available for her, including her gaps on education, proof of relationship to her sponsor and her sponsor’s circumstances. Thereafter, after waiting for almost nearly 2 weeks, finally the decision has been revised, and that our client gets the Approval!, below is her recommendation write ups to our VISA ONLINE ASSISTANCE FB page:
“I highly recommend Sir Freddy to help you write your appeal letter for your initially refused student visa in Ireland. Trust me, he is the immigration analyst you will ever need. I applied for a student visa on 09 Dec 2018. After a month of waiting in agony, I’ve received a refusal letter from the consulate along with the documents i’ve submitted to them. It was sad and very frustrating. I’ve googled different agencies on the internet and i’ve (luckily!!) found visaonlineassistance. I’ve sent inquiries via email and he responded quickly. I was hesitant at first but on the following day, I telephoned him and told him about my situation. I’ve enumerated all the reasons outlined on the refusal letter and he already seemed to know how to respond to each of them. He was my only hope as my schooling will commence on 04 Feb 2019. Thank God. I’ve found him online and trusted his works (although some agents whom i consulted with said that writing an appeal is hopeless given the timeframe). Even without getting paid yet, he started drafting the submission letter and even responded to all my queries. Tbh, my aunt also seeked help from a politician in Ireland with whom she submitted the submission letters wrote by Sir Freddy and then he helped follow up my case on the appeals office in Dublin. He was very impressed on how well-written the submission letter and I think it contributed mostly to the success of my appeal. I’ve successfully got an email from the visa appeals office that they are reversing the previous refusal and granting me the visa. I got my visa on 13 Feb 2019 and flew to Dublin on the same night. I made it to Dublin and reported to school on 15 Feb 2019 (the last day I was given to report to class or else my tuition will be deferred to the next intake). Better late than never! Good job Sir Freddy! And I am forever thankful. God speed”.
