Poland National Visa Successful Reapplication
Our [x] client had previously traveled to work in Poland and while working with his last employer in Poland, he experienced onerous and unbearable situation when receiving his compensation from his current employer at that time. To make the story short, he then reported it to the Police Immigration Office and, he transferred to another company-employer in Poland.
Meanwhile, while working on to his new employer he failed to notice that his “residence card” is about to expire and when his employer would have wanted to renew his work permit in hiring him for a certain period of time, it was NOT successfully renewed, therefore, he had to return in his home country of residence hence and he did.
Therefore, this [x] client applied for a National Visa by himself and unfortunately he got denied on the ground (s) # 11 as stated on his refusal letter. After the refusal, he thought of making an appeal again by himself, but unfortunately it was not successful again.
Until, he found the services of VISA ONLINE ASSISTANCE to assist him reapply. While, we have been examining his two (2) subsequent refusals and went deep down to the issue back then, when he was in Poland. We found out that his application for a National Visa had been refused mainly because of that of what transpired back then during his stay in Poland. Moreover, we argue his case, [ via submission letter and additional evidentiary documents] and that we used, Article 124 of the act “ The voivode shall notify the staroste competent with respect to the foreigner’s place of residence of revocation of the temporary residence permit and work permit ,granted to the foreigner once the decision in this regard becomes final”. As we aware, with your work permit is not transferable to another type of work nor to a different employer (you may need to apply a new one) should one considers to change its job title/employer.
That, particular case of him and using above article 124 and material information/documents made his National Visa in Poland be granted in principle.
