National Visa in Poland Refusal on the ground of #10, what are the possible reasons?
“#10 There are reasonable doubts regarding the reliability of the statements you made about the purpose of your stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland due to the evidence that is available to the authority or due to objective circumstances indicating that the purpose of stay could be different from the declared”.
When you got this refusal ground [as above] on your refused National Visa to work in Poland, it has something to do with the overall information and supporting documents you had previously submitted to the embassy and ONLY, those who had successfully received an approval for an appeal and reapplication may understand, this as follows:
- It may refer to the supporting documents from you for example, in your working permit: A job title and description does not match to the supporting documents from your contract to mandate and or preliminary contract of employment and or to your guarantee letter and among other documents from your employer;
- If may also refer to your travel history – if in the event you do not have any previous travel history and did not make any statement as to regards on your previous travel history;
- If there is no travel history outside of your country of residence, how the embassy or the officer would know that if in case you are granted with your National visa, you would follow its visa conditions;
- If you have a travel history and those were not disclose to your application for a National visa to work in Poland and or no evidence as such was provided;
- It may also refer to your completed National visa form submitted, this is very common to us from previous clients that we had successfully checked and submitted, wherein there are information that actually conflicting to what they had submitted in reference to the supporting documents.
- It could also be related to what you have written on your cove letter, we had seen in the past clients of us, some of them have a well-written cover letter in relation to their purpose and personal circumstances as to why they are applying for a National Visa to work in Poland but still yet, they got denied – it is because the cover letter itself, was merely a copy pasted from the other applicants. Writing a well-written covering letter must be in accordance to the actual facts, details and purpose, of yours as an applicant applying for a National visa.
- It may also refers to the “inconsistencies” of the information, for example in your past working experiences (past employment), say you are still working to your current company or employer from your country of residence, and yet to your working certificate, it shows that it has ended or even in your completed National visa as “no occupation” – well in fact, to your submitted working certificate and CV, you are still working?
- If there is underlying presumptions that one or more documents submitted is “fabricated” before the eyes of the Consul Officer handing your National Visa application.
- If you tried to “conceal” information or supporting documents definitely your National visa will be refused on this ground as stated above.
- If there insufficient information and supporting documents in relation to the Polish Act of applying for a National visa to work in Poland AND if you failed the interview. Where, sometimes an interview (if applicable), is a deciding factor as to considering your appeal or reapplication; on your refused National Visa be reversed and granted in principle.
