Ireland Tourist Visa Successful Reapplication
With (2x) previous refusal
Our client from Manila, Philippines had two refusals from Ireland Embassy, she was assisted previously by a certain Travel Agency, though at first when she came to us via online to inquire, she thought that it is only us, who could best help her application, as we’ve done a lot of approval from a refused tourist visas.
She is a single parent and owns a small Sari-Sari store, as her source of income given that of course embassy would look into her “employment and economic” ties on her country of residence and the intention to leave the territory of Ireland, therefore it is quite impossible for her to get a visa. Consequently, her previous Travel Agent assisted her twice (2x) but unable to get its approval and got the refusal on the ground of:
“INCO – inconsistencies e.g. contradictions in the information supplied
OB- Obligations to return home country have not deemed sufficient
OC Condition – The applicant may overstay following proposed visit”
With the revisions we made on her sponsor’s letter and added supporting documents which we believe are all significant for the Consul Officer to take inconsideration and with our five (5) pages of reapplication letter. Today, she was granted a 3 months tourist visa for Ireland!
Congratulations, Florencia Israel on the approval of your 3 months tourist visa in Ireland!
