Ireland Student Visa Successful Appeal Approval from Dubai
Our client is from Dubai, a Filipino Citizen and wishing to study in Ireland for her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Limerick, it was her parents who will sponsor all the expenses to study in Ireland – as they are both working and holding a temporary residence. However, her student visa had been refused on the following grounds:
“CP: “Need to undertake the course in this state not demonstrated or
warranted. They have not demonstrated a need to undertake this specific
course and reasons in Ireland”.
F- Finances evidence provided is deemed insufficient or incompleteF- Finances evidence provided is deemed insufficient or incomplete.
There is not a full accounting of funds available that were mentioned in the Finacial Stability Form
OB obligations to return to home country have not deemed sufficient”.
She has completed her junior High School in Dubai, and would like to complete her Bachelor Degree course in Ireland, but the embassy refused her student visa. She only followed her agent advised in preparing of her student visa; until the result came-out as refused, with the ground stated above, and she thought of searching online that could best help her appeal, until she found via organic search our visa and immigration services.
Immediately that day of her inquiry via email, we have provided and assessed the possibility of obtaining the approval with us, and after a couple of days, after discussing our services to her parents in Ireland, she confirmed of engaging to process the services she required.
WE have reviewed carefully all the supporting documents, provided first hand on her refused student visa, including the Financial Stability Form, Cover Letter, and the supporting documents from Sponsor, and her supporting documents as an applicant.
We immediately identified the errors and lapses and improved her “study plan” and her supporting documents in relation to the capacity of her sponsor to cover all the expenses including the “correction” of the details on her FSF through, our expert instructions, and required her to provide additional evidence of documents concerning her genuine intention to study in Ireland, and her return incentives to her country of residence.
We have prepared a 7 pages of Submission Letter (to argue her student visa case) in relation to her appeal, true enough with our Managing Consultant 14 years of professional and practical experience in Visa and Immigration Services made this appeal successful, in one week time after her submission, and today September 23, 2024, our client has told us via WhatsApp that her student visa appeal has been approved, by showing the screen shot email from the embassy in Dubai.
Congratulations, Miss Tabique!
